There were plenty of goals, clean sheets and red cards across Europe’s Top 5 leagues, and there were a whole host of intriguing stats to pop up.

Here are all the best stats from this weekend of football.

Serie A

2012 – The last time an AC Milan player scored twice against Inter Milan was on 6th May, 2012, when Zlatan Ibrahimovic was on the scoresheet, followed 4 years later by Suso.

23 – Juventus have won 23 consecutive home games, two short of the all-time Serie-A record, also by the Bianconeri.

2 – Suso is only the 2nd ever Spanish player to score in a Milan derby. The 1st to do so was former Inter Milan great, Luis Suarez.

9 – Inter Milan have claimed 9 points from losing positions, the most of any team in Serie A this season.

25 – Atalanta’s total of 25 points from 13 games is their best ever total in their Serie A history.

10 – Andrea Bellotti is the only player in Europe’s top 5 leagues to score 3+ goals with his left foot, right foot and head.

2000 – Moise Kean becomes the first player born in this millennium to appear in Serie A.

Bundesliga

2 – RB Leipzig and Real Madrid are the only two clubs in Europe’s Top 5 leagues to have scored in every one of their single games this season.

13 – Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been involved in 13 goals this season, top of the European charts with Andrea Bellotti, Mauro Icardi Diego Costa.

39 – Bayern Munich’s run of being top of the Bundesliga for 39 consecutive matchdays came to an end with Leipzig going top.

11 – RB Leipzig became the first promoted team to ever go 11 games unbeaten in the Bundesliga.

60 – Kevin Kampl’s goal for Bayer Leverkusen after 60 seconds had passed in the game against Leipzig was the fastest goal in the Bundesliga this season.

7 - In 2009/10, RB Leipzig were playing in the fifth tier of German football; 7 years later, they top the Bundesliga.

Premier League

2007 – The last time an Arsenal player scored against a Jose Mourinho side was Gilberto Silva, in May 2007, followed 9 years later by Olivier Giroud.

10 – Olivier Giroud’s last-gasp goal against Manchester United was his 10th as a substitute, the highest by any Arsenal player, ever. The Frenchman went past Nwanko Kanu and Niklas Bendtner.

0 – Ever since Antonio Conte switched to a 3-4-3 formation, their defence hasn’t made a single defensive error. In that time, Chelsea have won 6 games, while scoring 17 goals and conceding none in 590 minutes. Incidentally, Marcos Alonso has started all of those games. 7 – Thibaut Courtois is the only keeper in Europe’s Top 5 leagues to keep 7 clean sheets.

1986 – The last time Watford beat a reigning Premier League champions like they did Leicester was in 1986, against Liverpool.
